What we collect

If you send the contact form: your name, email, company (optional) and message. That is used only to reply to you.

If you choose a language: we store that preference on your device (localStorage).

If you use the cookie bar: we store your choice on your device so we do not ask again for 12 months.

The site does not use advertising cookies, and it does not currently load analytics tools.

Cookies and similar storage

gb-lang (localStorage, essential): remembers EN / ES / CA.

gb-consent (localStorage, essential): remembers your cookie choice for 12 months.

The hosting provider (Vercel) may set strictly technical cookies to deliver the site securely.

Fonts are served from this website. We do not load Google Fonts in your browser.

Contact form

Messages are delivered by Web3Forms to our email inbox so we can answer you. Legal basis: taking steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries (Art. 6.1.f).

We keep the email as long as needed to handle the conversation, then delete it in the ordinary course of inbox management.

Processors and transfers

Hosting: Vercel Inc. (United States). Protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Form delivery: Web3Forms. The content of your message is sent to our Gmail inbox (Google Ireland / Google LLC).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing gborifernandez@gmail.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD): aepd.es.
